Tess found yoga when she was 15 and continues to practice daily. She has been teaching since 2011, is an E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and loves watching her students deepen their practice.

guido baligioni

teacher and founder
In 2000 Guido started exploring Ashtanga, Iyengar, Scaravelli, Power Yoga. In class, he integrates challenging postures, breathing techniques (pranayama), and yoga philosophy.
